Job Summary
We're currently seeking multiple graduate opportunities in our Pricing team. As a Graduate Pricing Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering changes to prices and underwriting criteria across our motor and home insurance products. You'll work closely with our team to develop pricing initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of pricing strategies and models to optimize insurance product pricing
- Assist in the analysis of data to inform pricing decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing initiatives and drive business results
- Develop and maintain statistical models to analyze customer behavior and predict future trends
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations for business improvement
Requirements
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with a degree in a mathematical or statistical subject
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, SQL, or Python
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
