As a Care Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility assistance to our clients. If you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude, we want to hear from you
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour plus paid mileage. In addition to this, we provide a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and well-being platform, 28 days annual leave (pro-rata), cycle to work scheme, refer-a-friend scheme, blue light card eligibility, flexible hours, part and full-time available, local work and paid mileage, enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays, paid training, self-development opportunities, and access to our in-house app.
Job Requirements
To succeed as a Care Support Professional, you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, compassion, and a positive attitude. You will also require a responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to your work.
