Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Elior UK. This role involves supporting the smooth operation of our site, including maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to safety protocols.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £23,936.80, based on a 35-hour workweek and £11.44 per hour wage.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the site.
  2. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of our menu offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  3. Identify and report any equipment maintenance needs, following established procedures.
  4. Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the till point, adhering to company procedures.
  5. Manage customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, aligning with company protocols.
  6. Familiarise yourself with and adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, such as COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety.
