The Internship Programme

Our 8-week internship programme is designed for penultimate year students who are looking to gain valuable real-world experience in a stimulating and challenging environment. As an intern at WTW, you will have the opportunity to apply your education in a practical setting, working on complex commercial problems and developing your technical and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates who are technically and mathematically minded, with the ability to solve complex problems using innovative and proportionate approaches. As consultants, we need to build strong technical skillsets and be able to communicate complex concepts to audiences from a variety of backgrounds. If you are an excellent problem-solver with strong communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
