Job Title: Design Analysis Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Analysis Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Expanded Piling business unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers, clients, and main contractors to optimize engineering solutions.
  • Select the most suitable piling technique for each project based on ground conditions.
  • Undertake geotechnical analysis and design using in-house and commercial software, adhering to relevant codes of practice.
  • Prepare detailed geotechnical design reports and respond to technical queries.
  • Design with consideration for risk, including H&S, geotechnical, and commercial aspects.
  • Provide design support to the operation team during installation to ensure correct design implementation.
  • Work collaboratively with other LOR business units to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid work permit.
  • Experience with pile designs using modeling packages or digital literacy.
  • Experience with pricing piling enquiries.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate complex technical matters clearly.
  • UK Driving License.
