  1. Policy Development and Management: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Project Coordination: Lead and manage HR projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and effective execution.
  3. Generalist HR Support: Provide HR support across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related areas.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and comprehensive HR documentation and reports.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide HR solutions and support business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in HR, with a focus on policy development and project management.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £34,000 per annum and a hybrid working arrangement of 2-3 days from home.
