Job Title: Respiratory Medicine Consultant

Medacs Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Medicine Consultant to join our team at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a locum consultant, you will be working in a dynamic and progressive environment, providing expert care to patients with respiratory conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of respiratory conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs.
  • Conduct research to improve patient outcomes and contribute to the development of new treatments.
  • Teach and train junior doctors and medical students to ensure the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Be a GMC registered Doctor (you do NOT need to be on the Specialist Register).
  • Have relevant experience at Consultant level, or references to support your transition up to Consultant level.
  • Hold evidence of stand-alone Right to Work in the UK (unfortunately locum jobs aren't able to offer visa sponsorship).
  • You will need to pass an enhanced background check (DBS).
