About the Role

Brendoncare Knightwood is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join their kitchen team in a beautiful nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with meal preparation and hosting
  • Ensure COSHH standards are exceeded
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and stock rotation
  • Complete HACCP records
  • Support the preparation of meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks

Requirements

  • Experience in a care home setting or catering for older/vulnerable adults
  • Understanding of dietary and nutritional needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
