About the Role

As a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and running a dynamic M&A office in Edinburgh. Your primary objective will be to acquire leads and complete M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) in the mid-market. You will also devise and carry out commercial and marketing activities to establish Marktlink as a prominent player in the country.

Your Profile
  • A strong network with trusted relationships and demonstrable successes in dealmaking and acquiring mid-market M&A engagements.
  • Native-level English language skills are essential.
  • 7-10 years' experience in Corporate Finance Advisory (Big 4, M&A Boutique, Corporate Finance firm).
  • A strong focus on high-quality service provision.
