About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Philanthropy Manager to join our team on a temporary basis for 10 months, covering a maternity leave.
As a Philanthropy Manager, you will be part of our major giving team, focusing on raising funds from trusts, foundations, statutory donors, and High Net Worth Individuals.
This is a full-time role based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities- Manage external relationships and assist senior managers with bid proposals and strategy development.
- Secure sizeable gifts from High-Net-Worth Individuals and make face-to-face asks.
- Line management responsibility, providing opportunities for career development and leadership growth.
