Job Title: Examination Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and committed Examination Supervisor to join our team at Leigh Academy Hugh Christie. As an Examination Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of examinations and maintaining the integrity and security of examination papers and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise examinations and ensure that guidelines and regulations are followed.
  • Ensure accurate registration and checking of exam details.
  • Distribute candidate numbers and ensure students do not communicate once they enter the examination room.
  • Facilitate the smooth running of examinations by ensuring students abide by the rules of the school and the examining bodies.
  • Use methodical and accurate placement of seating plans and ensure all necessary papers and equipment are available prior to the start of the exam.
  • Distribute question papers, answer booklets, and associated materials at the beginning of the examination and collect them at the end.
  • Ensure students do not communicate with each other and will not assist students in answering questions.
  • Accompany students if they need to leave the examination room for any reason and ensure they do not communicate with anyone.
