Job Title: Paint Sprayer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying coatings to aerospace components, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and maintaining thorough records of materials and paint usage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm all prior assembly operations have been completed
• Prepare surfaces of components for painting
• Select and mix paints and coatings in accordance with business protocols, process requirements, and specifications
• Operate paint spraying equipment with precision
• Work together with the quality control group to guarantee that the final products fulfill industry requirements
• Maintain thorough records of the materials, hours, and paint usage
• Observe safety precautions and regulations when working with hazardous materials

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read Engineering drawings
• Computer literate
