About the Role

As a Cleaning Operations Manager with CBW Staffing Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services. You will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning operatives and providing guidance on best practices to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning operatives to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the Visitor Experience Team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular meetings with line management to discuss service delivery and address any issues
  • Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or maintenance requirements

You will work closely with the Cleaning & Services Managers to deliver a fully compliant operation and meet the changing needs of the estate. This includes supporting the delivery of training to the soft services team and conducting performance reviews and appraisals.
