About the Job

We are looking for a temporary Financial Administrator to assist with financial tasks, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in financial operations and work with a dynamic team in the not-for-profit sector.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare financial reports and statements as required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting software, ideally Xero
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Immediate availability
