About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our team at East London Apartments. As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our accommodation services, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update customer information on our housing management database
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of housing benefit claims
  • Manage rent arrears and maintain effective communication with customers
  • Conduct void inspections and monitor maintenance requests
  • Develop and promote financial inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure effective support for our customers

About You:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with experience in housing management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A valid Right to Work for the UK is essential for this role.
