Job Title: Home Support Specialist
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Support Specialist. This role involves providing direct in-home services to our clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks according to clients' dietary needs
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Escort clients to medical appointments and social events
- Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of experience in caregiving or a related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (Spanish proficiency a plus)
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
