Salary

The salary for this role is £12.33 - £13.83 per hour, with opportunities to rise through training.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role as a Barista Maestro and lead a team in delivering unbeatable experiences for our customers. As a Barista Maestro, you will be responsible for taking the lead on shifts to support your colleagues, making the most of people's talents, training and accrediting new Baristas, getting familiar with new recipes and ranges, and driving high standards every time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on shifts to support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Make the most of people's talents to maximise sales
  • Train and accredit new Baristas
  • Familiarise yourself with new recipes and ranges and share your knowledge with the team
  • Drive high standards every time, whether that's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for coffee and people
  • Reliability to open and close the store safely and on time
  • Team leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to take on shared responsibility
  • A love of turning knowledge and know-how into action to help the store succeed
  • A willingness to learn and be bold, brave, and action-orientated
  • A flexible approach and can-do attitude, as each day offers exciting new challenges
