Environmental Maintenance Operative Level 2

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Street Cleansing Team as an Environmental Maintenance Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the local environment through a range of tasks and operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Emptying street litter bins and litter picking
- Cutting back overhanging vegetation
- Removal of fly tipping and low levels of graffiti
- Using a range of hand tools and powered machinery such as blowers and hedge trimmers
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Full current driving licence
- Highly motivated and well-organised individual
