Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our client base, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and conducting account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand our client base through strategic relationship-building and new business development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective account management and relationship-building
- Conduct account management, working with an established database to ensure client recruitment goals are delivered effectively and on-time
- Maintain and develop strategically important relationships with key accounts
- Facilitate Client Call Backs to monitor performance levels and maximise business opportunities
- Monitor own performance and adhere to SLA (Service Level Agreements) for each client
Requirements:
- Proven recruitment experience in the agriculture sector
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other commonly-used office packages
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Great telephone manner

We offer a range of services to clients including head-hunting, specialist advertising and general recruitment services.
What We Offer:
- Excellent salary and benefits package (£30,000 - £35,000 basic dependent upon experience) plus a fantastic commission structure that could easily see you earning £65,000 OTE in your first year
- 4-day working week with 5 days pay
