About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of quality learning, working with students on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and whole-class activities. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, show an interest in supporting the needs of all children, and be proactive in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development, be able to adapt to changing situations, and work effectively as part of a team. They should also possess strong time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

The salary for this position is £85-£90 per day, paid weekly by our in-house Payroll team using the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) system. We also offer pension contributions, FREE training, and a generous refer-a-friend or colleague bonus scheme.
