Used Car Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, maximizing car sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize car sales.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  3. Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  4. Ensure that the sales process is followed at all times to maximize sales opportunities.
  5. Liaise with manufacturers to achieve volume, CSI, and other aspirations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of success in sales management, with a focus on used cars.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive business growth.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicting demands.
  5. Full and valid UK driving licence.
