We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead our Baby Room team at Littleleaps. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our youngest learners.
About the Role- Lead a small team of Early Years Practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education to children aged 0-2 years.
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of individual children.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children and staff.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Years education.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Level 3 practitioner and Key worker
- Thorough knowledge of the EYFS statutory requirements and awareness of Key Safeguarding themes
- Confident in leading a small team and organizing termly stay and play events for parents and relatives of the children in our care
- Support the Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Competitive hourly rate up to £12.60
