Customer Sales Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at Coast Recruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating positive relationships with customers and colleagues, executing sales processes with meticulous attention to detail, and learning and applying the fundamentals of our product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Execute sales processes with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Learn and apply the fundamentals of our product to provide expert advice and support to customers.
  • Balance sales administration with sales generation to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28k-£30k, with an OTE of £32k per annum.
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with up to 2 days working from home per week.
