About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Projects Manager to join our team at Sage City. As a key member of our finance department, you will provide effective support on shared finance and corporate secretary projects. Key responsibilities include providing support on corporate simplification, cash repatriation, intercompany loans, transfer of assets, hedging, share restructuring, and re-organisation of entity structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for subsidiary compliance and global entity management.
  • Support the subsidiary governance framework for the Group.
  • Assist with governance matters from M&A activities.
  • Lead the Delegation of Signing Authority project.
  • Handle ad hoc corporate projects.
