Job Title: SC Cleared IT Deskside Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Deskside Engineer with SC Clearance to join our team at Jumar Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing hardware and software support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hardware and software support to clients, both remotely and on-site.
  • Meet customer needs in a diverse working environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Diagnose and repair desktops and laptops, with a focus on analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their IT requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and best practices to ensure high-quality support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial IT engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS and Server OS, with experience in Active Directory and network fault troubleshooting.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a focus on analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and customer liaison skills.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to client sites.
