About the Role

RPS is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Planning Team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing and developing business, overseeing existing workloads, and providing mentorship to junior planners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing business
  • Provide input into business plans, chair Planning Meetings, and take a lead role in debates
  • Coordinate small to large projects, reviewing project finances, overseeing service production, and ensuring timely delivery within budget
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced planner with a strong track record in delivering consultancy services to a range of customers. You will have a RTPI accredited Honours Degree and/or Diploma or Master's Qualification, full membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and excellent financial and project management skills. Strong influencing and communication techniques are essential for building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external bodies.
