Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous responses to enquiries through various channels.
  • Ensure programme applications are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Book and manage events related to programme delivery and workforce training.
  • Inform participants of event details and provide necessary guidance.
  • Update resources to adhere to company standards and branding guidelines.
  • Support the delivery workforce as needed.
  • Maintain participant management systems and track engagement.
About You
  • You possess strong customer service skills and experience.
  • You're highly competent in MS Office and Teams.
  • You're able to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • You're a creative problem-solver with excellent organisational skills.
