Groundworks Foreman Position

Fawkes & Reece South is a leading group with various companies within the sub-contract environment and a large-scale developer focusing on multi-volume house building projects.

We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in groundworks operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations on-site, ensuring efficient workflow and project timelines are met.
• Lead and mentor groundworks teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Occasionally work on the tools, demonstrating hands-on leadership and technical expertise.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working culture.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Groundworks General Foreman role or similar.
• Valid Gold CSCS card is essential.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
