Simon Acres Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Associate to join our team in the Fife area.

This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a competitive salary between £27,000 - £29,000 + bonus.

Working hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of new sales opportunities;
  • Proactively target both new and existing customers;
  • Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products;
  • Engage with external sales forces, follow up on sales quotes and leads in a timely manner;
  • Utilize internal systems accurately;
  • Input orders onto our system and maintain sales records.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous internal sales support experience, purchasing/sales order processing experience would be desirable;
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and deliver high-quality customer service;
  • Good data accuracy and attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and IT skills.
