Job Title: Unit Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Manager to join our team at Scotia Heights in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
