About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MOT Tester to join our team at 1st Choice Rec. As an integral member of our after-sales team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle inspection and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safeguarding and Protecting Vehicles

Ensure the safe handling and protection of customers' vehicles while in our care, adhering to strict guidelines and protocols.

  • Utilizing Expertise and Resources

Effectively utilize our tools and resources to become a specialist in your area, driving excellence and efficiency in our workshop.

  • Contributing to Team Success

Contribute to the success of our Workshop Team by maintaining the highest standards of work at all times, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

  • Maintaining Onsite Standards

Play a key role in maintaining the onsite standards and presentation of our Centre, including your immediate working area, upholding our reputation for excellence.

  • Ensuring Safe and Accurate Work

Ensure all work is completed safely and accurately, adhering to Company, manufacturer, and industry guidelines, and maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner.

Requirements
  • MOT Testing Licence

A valid MOT testing licence is essential for this role.

  • Additional Qualifications

Extra qualifications would be advantageous in this position.

  • Relevant Experience

Previous relevant experience is required for this role.

  • Attention to Detail

Good attention to detail is essential for this position.

  • Full UK Driving Licence

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
