TRCGroup is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join their team at a beautiful care home in Stadbroke. As a key member of the care team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the personal care needs of our residents, respecting their dignity and promoting their independence.
About the Position:
This is a full-time opportunity working 36 hours per week with mixed shifts including day and night shifts. You will work closely with an enthusiastic and caring team that puts people at the heart of the business.
Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining the personal care needs of residents
* Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Encouraging independence and promoting resident well-being
* Collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality care services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A caring and patient nature
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience as a carer or similar role
