Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all queries, whether written or by telephone, in a professional manner and process effectively in line with service standards.
  • Administer clients' insurance requirements, including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cross-sales.
  • Obtain quotations and process sales effectively.
  • Invoice premiums and maintain accurate records.
  • Assess and maintain good level of technical insurance skills, to be assessed by regular in-house testing.
Requirements
  • Good level of technical insurance skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software.
