We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neuro ITU Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at The Wellington Hospital, a leading private hospital in London.
About the RoleAs a Neuro ITU Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ITU). You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ITU
- Assess and manage patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures
- Registered General Nurse with NMC pin
- Significant post-registration experience in ITU
- Completed Critical Care Course, ideally 60 Credits
