About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a Senior Digital Engineer, you will play a vital role in shaping our exciting projects and contributing to the development of our instrumentation and control systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.

About You

  • Chartered Electrical/Instrumentation Engineer.
  • Sound knowledge of ICA design (instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems), motor control systems, system architecture, fieldbus/communication networks, P&ID's, ATEX installation practice, functional safety, development of control specifications (URS/FDS), schedules and system requirements within process/industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in designing within appropriate digital analysis packages, following applicable standards, working practices and national guidance.
