Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis expert to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for developing and managing robust cost analysis to understand our cost base.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including GEC, business leadership teams, Finance directors, CEO, CFO, and COO, to align cost reporting and determine appropriate allocation methodologies.

Your expertise will also be utilized in ad-hoc cost-related projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or a similar cost discipline
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, ideally with financial modelling experience
  • Business and commercial acumen to link financial input with business insight
  • Team-focused, capable of building and developing team members
