Maintenance Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rubber and plastic processing machinery.

The ideal candidate will possess a City & Guilds level 3 qualification or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, as well as relevant experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment. In particular, we require someone with expertise in rubber and plastic processing machinery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime
  • Identifying and addressing issues with machinery
  • Collaborating with suppliers and contractors to resolve problems and source spare parts

We offer a competitive salary package, including £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The estimated salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
