We are seeking a skilled Buyer (EV) to join our team at Evera Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor supplier performance and develop improvement programs.
  • Maintain supplier details on the procurement system and review supplier performance.
  • Source and place orders for contract and non-contract items using manual requisitions and digital parts requisition systems.
  • Adjust parts system component parameters to achieve on-time availability and appropriate batch sizes.
  • Progress and chase outstanding POs in liaison with Production management.
  • Control goods inwards and stock management.

Requirements:

  • Proven history in working as a buyer in a small to medium enterprise.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • A can-do attitude, working well on own initiative as well as being part of the wider team.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and data.
  • Familiarity with business tools such as Asana, Jira, etc.
