Job Title: Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality treatments and services to guests, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations to enhance the guest's experience.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized touch to each treatment, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Promote the hotel's facilities and services, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest's stay.
  • Work collaboratively with the Spa team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Service-focused personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Beauty Therapy qualification (HNC/HND/Level 3/ITEC) and relevant experience.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
