We are seeking a skilled Contract Support Specialist to join our team at Platinum Facilities. In this role, you will provide first-line support to clients and colleagues, leveraging your administrative background and excellent customer service skills.

As a Contract Support Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of duties, including taking calls and emails regarding maintenance issues, organizing sub-contractor visits, ordering parts and materials, and preparing reports. You will utilize our company systems and trackers for POs, WIP, quotes, PPMs, ensuring all systems are up-to-date.
