Job Description

Role: Communication Learning Support Assistant

Location: Greenwich

Job Type: Full-time, Long-term

Pay: £105 - £115 per day

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Communication Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to provide support to students with communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run 1:1 and small group interventions for students
  • Support students with SEN in and out of class
  • Manage classroom behaviour
  • Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties

Requirements:

  • Must hold a degree at 1st class or 2:1
  • Strong academics at GCSE and A-Level
  • Confident, proactive and bubbly
  • Calm and Compassionate
  • Strong communication skills
