Estimated Salary: £8.50 - £9.00 per hourJob DescriptionRole OverviewAs a Delivery Team Member at Next, you will be an integral part of our store team, responsible for efficiently processing stock to ensure it is available for customers as quickly as possible. You will also provide outstanding customer service when needed and support all Company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Process stock accurately and efficiently, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
- Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and placed on sales floors or in stockrooms correctly.
- Maintain operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the store team, reporting to Coordinators or Managers.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- Pride in your work, approaching tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your workload.
- Flexible, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile for your team and customers.
- Able to take control of your own development and learn new skills.
