About the Role
The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Executive Director. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, exercising confidentiality, advice, tact, and diplomacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Executive Director's schedule, including managing the inbox, minutes of meetings, and reports.
- Organize team meetings, prepare meeting materials, and proofread documents.
- Exercise discretion and tact when handling internal and external contacts.
Requirements
- Education to degree level or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior Executive Assistant role in a pressurized environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
