Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including data centre infrastructure, network architecture, and system integration.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions with business applications.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, and work instructions.
  4. Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders, including project teams and operational support services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for infrastructure modernization and improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft virtualisation, and System Center.
  2. Experience with Linux (RHEL) and satellite management tooling.
  3. Appreciation of observability in data centre operations.
  4. Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of complex incidents.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
