We are seeking an energetic and talented Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team at The Three Crowns, a well-established family business.
As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to learn from two experienced chefs and contribute to creating and cooking a variety of fresh seasonal dishes.
Responsibilities will include assisting the head chef with the running of all kitchen needs, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen maintenance.

Requirements:
- Two years of experience working in a commercial kitchen (preferred)
- Negotiable salary, subject to experience
