About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSS Hire. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our equipment and tool range to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license.
Working Pattern

The Sales Assistant role involves working a standard Monday to Friday 7am until 5pm and Saturday 8am until 5pm schedule, with an accumulative extra day off during the week for every 2 Saturday shifts worked.
