Job Title: Group Leader

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Leader to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps.

About the Role:

As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading a group of children in various activities, including sports, arts, and crafts. You will also be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups of children in activities such as archery, football, tennis, dance, swimming, and arts & crafts
  • Ensure the welfare and safety of children in your care
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to deliver a high-quality program
  • Provide a positive and supportive environment for children to learn and grow
Requirements:
  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during school holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
  • Possesses bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Can demonstrate a passion for working with children
  • Have initiative and ability to work independently
  • Awareness of safeguarding children (Training will be given)
