Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at RecruitAbility Ltd. As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Data Management: Set up and manage new clients on our accounting software, Xero, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing and credit note processing.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review weekly dashboards and month-end adjustment notes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the finance team, including answering queries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in accounts administration, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software: Proficient in using Xero and other accounting software.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of up to £29,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
