Job Title: Management Accountant Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant Trainee to join our team at dnata Catering UK. As a Management Accountant Trainee, you will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of financial reports, including revenue and penalties analysis, to ensure accurate and timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into business performance.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Provide analytical support to finance business partners and functional leads to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of financial systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying for a professional qualification in accounting (ACCA or CIMA).
  • Strong management accounting skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
