Residential Activity Coordinator

Join our team of experienced Outdoor Activity Instructors at Robinwood Activity Centre Limited As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work with children, teaching them essential outdoor skills and ensuring their safety. We are an award-winning provider of outdoor activity courses for primary schools, offering a unique and engaging experience.

We are seeking individuals who share our passion for working with children and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead groups, teach outdoor skills, and ensure participant safety, while also building strong relationships with colleagues and participants.

• Leading groups of children in outdoor activities, promoting a positive and supportive environment
• Teaching outdoor skills and safety procedures, empowering participants to take ownership of their learning
• Ensuring participant safety and well-being, responding to individual needs and concerns

• A genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating empathy and understanding
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £9.50-£12 per hour, increasing with time served. Additionally, opportunities for career development and professional growth are available, including training and mentorship programs.
